Doubt regarding OBC NCL Caste certificate

Dear sir,

I’m from Gujarat having domicile here,I have did my schooling here and will be going for graduation too

But we were originally from jharkhand, I have my state obc caste certificate from jharkhand

But I want to apply for obc ncl,our caste is in central list and our family income is below 1.2lpa

Currently my father doesn’t have caste certificate or school leaving certificate

Only aadhar card,pan card , driving licence etc from Gujarat

And we have valid Income certificate

But sir since we have migrated from jharkhand to gujarat, where I need to apply cuz our land properties are in jharkhand in name of my great grandfather

And also got residential certificate from jharkhand though didn’t used it

Plz help me with the documents needed and where should I apply
