Doubts regarding Import Duty [JP -> India]

I am thinking of collecting some toys as a hobby. I want the collectibles from a specific Japanese brand that does not sell in India directly.
There are websites like Zenmarket, which can buy these collectibles for me, receive it in their warehouse and then parcel it to my Address in India.

What is the custom’s role play in this? Do I need to pay custom duty on this? I am not buying these toys for any commercial purposes.
If yes, what’s the approx amount i’ll need to pay and if there’s any legal way so I can avoid paying customs altogether?
Let’s suppose I buy these collectibles worth Rs 10,000, the delivery price would be around 3000-4000.
