Drunken driving fine is a conviction?

So last year i had a beer and was caught by the police for riding my scooter, and by the breathlyser test i was given a fine and had paid the fine through fasttrack online court (vcourt) for drunken driving this is an offense under the Motor Vehicle act which covers all the traffic violations, so i paid the fine and the case was closed, do i need to disclose this in the symbiosis admission portal?
Its a traffic violation fine not a criminal one
