UHello,
To all the experts. Someone(probably my wife from whom I’m separated) created fake email on my friends name or my name. Emails a bunch of people at my office and other government authorities.
I’m NRI, I’m currently in Sweden. Wife is from Tamilnadu. I have the email proofs of these things. Now I want to find this person who created the email id and if possible and true prove that it is my ex.
I wish to take action and bring the people who is abusing the law and me to justice and set an example.
If someone knows about reporting cyber crime or what’s the best plan of action. Please suggest.

PTry [www.cybercrime.gov.in](http://www.cybercrime.gov.in) and see if they are ready to investigate your complaint. Or use a friend or a lawyer in your hometown to contact the local police and use a friendly policeman to send a notice to the email service provider to give details of the user and his/her IP address and see if this helps
