        Hi everyone, I need practical advice on what to do next against my former employer in India.

        My timeline:

        * Joined: 10 June 2021

        * Resigned: 19 February 2026

        * Last working day: 20 March 2026

        I completed my full notice period properly. I reported to office, completed assigned work, gave daily EODs, completed KT, and even have acknowledgment on some of this.

        After my exit, I emailed HR multiple times for:

        * Full & Final settlement statement

        * deduction breakup / clarification

        * relieving letter

        * experience letter

        * gratuity processing

        What has happened so far:

        * They shared salary slips

        * They did not explain deductions

        * They did not share F&F statement

        * They did not share relieving or experience letter

        * They have not replied properly on gratuity

        For gratuity:

        * My service period was from 10 June 2021 to 20 March 2026

        * That is about 4 years, 9 months, 10 days

        * I understand there is a 4 years + 240 days/continuous service position in some cases

        * I already emailed them my filled Form I PDF

        * I have also escalated internally to senior management, but there is still no reply

        As of now, it has been more than a month since my last working day and they are largely non-responsive.

        My questions:

        1. What should be my next practical step now?

        2. For F&F, deductions, and pending documents, what is the best complaint route?

        3. For gratuity, should I move to the labour authority / controlling authority now if they still stay silent?

        I have email records, salary slips, timeline proof, and notice-period/KT communication.

        I want to proceed in a clean and professional way without damaging my position. Any practical guidance from people who have handled similar cases would really help.
