March 21, 2025 at 9:51 amHi all,Me and colleague were working in **LLP company** for their secondary it was like startup, so I and my colleague were only member working for that particular product, I was officially on BDM position there but as **there were no other team expect me and my colleague So I was managing Sales & Operations, Finance, Social Media, HR, Content, Feedback from clients etc.** and my colleague who was hired as BDE for field sales. till 4 months of putting the product into market the sales numbers were low because the **product still was undercooked and 0 spend on Marketing**, the **owner were not such interested in this product also**, their mindset was “**jab tak chalta he tab tak dekhte**” as **this was not their main business.** Then Due some personal reasons I had to relocate to my hometown, So informed this to them and they were like okay no problem just draft the mail and its fine, also my colleague also resigned because he thought he is not adding value in this business so it will be good for both him and company if he resign, same thing said to him by owners its okay draft a mail its fine. But after some days from resignation we connected them about salary or F&F as it was not discussed earlier as its an **LLP company they didn’t even had HR there**, now they are saying no to pay the F&F or last salary because we didn’t served the Notice period. First thing Nobody at the time of joining informed us about resignation period nor its mentioned in offer letter or in joining letter, matter of fact i didn’t get a joining letter I only got offer letter, whenever I used to ask about joining letter, they be like we’ll provide but not provided. Nor they mentioned this while we had discussion about Resignation. Please I request anybody who can help us solve this. We facing some financial issues due to this.
