A land is owned by 4 persons.
Other 3 planning to give Power of Attorney to 4th person for selling land.
Can any such clause be included in POA document that land sale will be void if agreed amount is not received by other 3 persons?
Land sale price has already been agreed upon, purchaser also is ready on amount and amount is to be equally distributed among 4 of them.
What proactive precautions may be taken so that we have a solid case if legal recourse is taken in case the 4th peraon goes rogue?
