EWS Certificate without income proof

I am a resident of Maharashtra and i want to make EWS (Economically weaker section) Certificate but my father is a Taxi driver. And doesn’t have income proof. He has bank accounts etc. Can i make ews certificate without income proof? I am applying for an entrance exam and i want the certificate. His income is lower than 8 lakhs/ year.

I think you can request Local Nagarsevak to give this in writing on his letter head. they will have a template where they write Mr x lives in my locality and his annual income is so and so.

You use this letter to get ‘Utpannacha Dakhla’ at local court/office you need to find where. in Mumbai it was from Mulund back in 2010
