UHello all ,
Friend of mine borrowed money from me , from 2022 to 2024 early .. mode cash and transfers
Cash dealing was high compared to online transfer , he invested in movie with his friend.. I initially gave only 1 lakh I had without any interest after that he pressured me to get merely 7-9 lakhs in cash for interest and like small amounts I used get and give , he too used to return but at last he keep around 8 lakh as pending .. now for past 1 year I am
Paying interest .. police conducted enquiry , as money cases doesn’t need to be enquired at full fledge in station due to law and it needs direction from court and as well as for money proofs I have only his video proof as well as WhatsApp evidence .. not any written format .. with this proofs I went to court for FIR direction.. now only my appearance in court is over , next is police enquiry report submit which will be conducted in a week after they again enquire both the parties .. after that in one or two I will get FIR direction is what procedure said as I enquired from court judge assistant ( well my lawyer is not trust worthy and because of him only case got delayed) .. now during enquiry as per my brothers suggestion he said we will ask for money once more or else we will go for FIR but for me because of his cheating me , initially I felt to recover money only but now I want FIR on him , his wife and his friend ( csr is registered on all of them as all included in borrowing ) .. my friend and his wife is IT employee I want them to suffer and at least seeing them , people around him should realise, they should not cheat friends ..
any suggestions ?
