May 7, 2025 at 10:43 pmIโm dealing with a frustrating issue with my Jupiter Money account and could really use some advice. An excess EMI was debited from my account. The loan was already settled and i also received a confirmation mail from them but they didnโt update the status on their end. They also didn’t turn off the auto-debit feature and I had previously raised tickets about this, but no action was taken at the time. When i deposited money in the account to make a make payment it was debited so I initially raised a support ticket on 18th April, but recently I noticed they changed the ticket date to 2nd May without informing me. Since then, they keep giving me the same response: โOur collections team will contact youโ or โThe team is working on it, and a superior will reach out.โ But no one ever actually contacts me. It honestly feels like theyโre just stalling and hoping Iโll give up the money, I provided them all the required proofs and they just to seem don’t care at this point, the only way i can contact them is through support mail from which I have received no proper response and calls are just a waste of time i needed that to pay other emi of mine but I wasn’t able to so now penalties are adding up everyday i have explained to them the financial situation part ( the reason I agreed to settle and pay up the amount they quoted). I don’t think they will refund the money or have intention to do so but i am not giving up either if i have settled it and I’m not liable to pay, but what can i do in this situation.
