Expensive ring ordered online but never arrived

Hi i bought a ring from michael hill online for my fiance . The site says it has been delivered but i never got any package. What should i do? I talked to the customer support they said we will get back to you, i am not sure what to do. How long should i wait? If they can’t find it am I entitled for a replacement or refund?
