Expired date/future date on food product.

Today in the morning I brought a biscuit packet with surprisingly future date/doesn’t exist date in the calendar year -29-02-2025.it is clearly mentioned on the food product that use by above date. I told to the seller.he seems not much aware of that. So I emailed to customer support of that company.i want file a case in consumer court. Please give any suggestions on how to proceed further.
