Fake AirPods from Flipkart + HDFC chargeback — what should I do?

Bought “AirPods Pro 3” on Flipkart (HDFC credit card, EMI). Product received is clearly fake (bad quality, doesn’t match original).
Contacted Flipkart — they asked for serial number and told me to wait 24h. No resolution yet.
I’ve already raised a **dispute (not fraud)** in HDFC for “product not as described.” Only uploaded product images so far.
**Questions:**
Will Flipkart likely approve return/refund?

Should I wait or push chargeback harder?

Is my dispute weak with just photos?

If Flipkart denies, can HDFC still help?

I still have full packaging + product.
Need quick advice from anyone who’s dealt with this 🙏
