UI am asking this on behalf of my frnd
She is 18(F) and another guy let’s call him X 18 too they both study in the same clg and are lab partners so this guy X had some beef with another girl let’s say A so the girl A filed a sexual assault case on the guy X along with another frnd of her’s B … The said that the guy (X) assaulted them with the help of my frnd … And the thing is my frnd was a late admission in that clg so in the time frame the other girls (A&B) accused them of she wasn’t even in the clg … What are the risks and please also do suggest what the guy (X) should do -

What you have written doesn’t make much sense apart from someone has filed a fake assault case on a guy because she has some beef with him.

UHe should get a lawyer ready since if an FIR is filed it will result in an NBW. A Sept 2024 college start date is not adequate evidence that the accused did not meet the victims outside of campus. However, burden of proof, if this goes to court, is on the prosecution. If the accused can prove he was in a different location at the time of the attack, he can get acquitted and haul the alleged victims to court later for a false case. Consider getting a lawyer’s help. Did X have sexual relations with both A and B or only A?
There is something else more at play. We need to know the full story to give an idea of what will happen Tomorrow.
Maybe they don’t like Y and X, maybe some fight took place with X and they thought they could bring Y into this.
In between all this, we don’t know whether since D got A, and X got jealous of it and X said something which provoked A and D. I assume this as A, B and X danced at the college fest.
Maybe D wanted to date Y but Y rejected him and he’s taking revenge?
Regardless, at the college meeting, be straightforward, keep some tears in the eyes, but don’t overdo it. Since the incident is claimed to happen in July, and Y joined in September, your friend should be out of the picture. The problem is college management is always run by immature and greedy children, who will not take a logical approach to things. Anyways your friend Y did not have a time machine to go back to July, help X and come back 🤣
Try settling the matter in the college itself without it going to police or court. Otherwise things will definitely get complicated.
