False POSH case against me in my company

Hi, a false posh case has been filed by a female against me (male). I have shared my side of story, chat screenshots to IC. I haven’t heard anything from them yet it’s been almost 2 weeks now.

Due to these false allegations I’ve not been able to work, focus on anything. In short mentally fucked.
At this point I just want to resign from this company and focus on my mental health for some time but my concern is if I resign voluntarily will it show up to my future employer that a POSH case was active in my previous company ?

Don’t resign. File a legal suit against the complainant

If you have not done anything.. don’t worry… good things will happen…..if you receive wrong judgement….it is good that you have a chance to stay from bad environment
