Fampay scam

I made a online purchase from a instagram seller.
I bought a hotwheel for 179 and paid an extra 100 for shipping.
Fast forward – seller ignored messages for shipping details before finally blocking me.
What should I do? Where do I report this. I doubt either fampay or instagram will take action.
Should I just swallow my loss and move on since it’s not a lot of money?????
I really doubt fampay is going to do shit, especially for such a low amount.
The UPI should be linked to a adhaar but what can I really do?

avoid buying from Instagram stores 99% of them are scammers.

it’s okay. It’s your first time. follow all city based subreddit like Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi. You will come across various different scams which will increase your knowledge
