Father giving murder threats to me and my mother

As the title says.

I have been receiving similar threats since my childhood for different reasons. Reasons include defending my mother for the right reasons(domestic violence), for requesting him to not use abusive words in the household, for refusing to give him our resources(scooter, money, and all other things) as we are using it commute for the job(he’s jobless). He has been telling all the relatives that I am crazy(PhD and has worked for 5 jobs for 14 years while tolerating all the deprivation of the resources to live a basic life). He had been having several affairs while cheating on my mother and blaming us for all of that for no reason.

Would appreciate any legal advice. Thank you.
