PI never expected the situation to get so dire for me to post this, but it is. My father has been an abusive husband and occasionally beat his two daughters as well according to his mood. He’s been travelling around the world for a job using my mother’s money as support- and after eventual failiure to find one- he returned home when i was 15. He broke apart our beautiful home to seperate the floors for extra income (This too he did with my mothers savings). He purchased a car for himself (when he doesnt even have a job), land and other electronics and confiscated my moms credit/debit cards. She’s been a working woman her entire life and he hasn’t ever kept an honest job. My mom let this living situation continue until 2020 when she had to work from home and his abusive tendencies escalated. He slapped, punched and hit my mom with a shovel. He’s slapped me and thrown plates of food at me and my sister.
One night, my mother was sick of the way we were living, and took me and my sister back to our old place (which my dad had rented out) and occupied one of the three floors. My mom told him she wanted a divorce. In the morning, he sent he many threating messages and showed up to our home, my mom called the cops. With nobody backing him- he left.
Which brings us to today. Evening of August 2023, he took the keys from the renters above us and has moved in since. Not a day goes by without him harassing my mom or my sister or me (even our househelp!!) verbally. My mom has a divorce case (ongoing), an eviction (ongoing) and maintenance (which she lost because of his claims of “not having money”). She pays for the bills of three entire floors (including the one he lives in), supports two daughters, is still paying off my fathers debts, and paying for lawyers on her own.
I’m sick of living my life under my abuser while he proudly claims he’s the victim. I’m sick of watching my mom slave away at her job for her 2 daughters while he sits comfortably and demands money from US. I’m sick of it all and i see no hope for us.

SPolice and Magistrate will help you. If you have not taken a permanent solution of this issue for the past 5 years, there could be some details we are missing here. Your mother is well aware of a solution of this issue, just I don’t understand why it has not been initiated for the past 5 years.
