Female harrasment over call – Anonymous Addresal Required

Sister of a friend of mine who is a college student is being harrassed by a couple of individuals over telephone and is being repeatedly pursued to meet the said individuals at some shady place.

Threats of releasing morphed photographs have also been made by them. Unfortunately the friend comes from a rather orthodox background where victim blaming is prevalent and the the lady would be also be bearing the brunt of the actions.

Is there any anonymous addressal method to deal with this without her identity being revealed to the public? She also doesn’t want the parents to know about any of this so would rather avoid the authorities visiting her place.

Involving police seems a better idea but as this is from Bihar, no idea what will happen.
