F&F not cleared even after 9 months

Hello,

My ex-employer didn’t clear my F&F till now. I left the organization in June 2024, after serving the 3 months notice period. Initially they said 180days from the date of relieving but now they are not even responding to my emails or calls. I have reached out to the labour commissioner for help, they did send out a letter to clear via post, but no response for that too. Even being a reputed IT company and listed on the Indian stock market, they were doing this to almost all the employees who left the organization. I know people who are waiting for years, there are many social media posts demanding their F&F’s, yet this organization is not responding. Also, I recently came to know that people who left before and after me also recieved their F&F but not me.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried reaching out to your ex-teammates /ex-manager so that they can follow up internally?

I even reached out to ones who are currently working, including my HoD. Nothing is working.

Check videos of The Labour Law Advisor on YouTube. He has made ample videos on what to do and how to proceed in such cases. Your ex-employer definitely owes you a lot of money other than the F&F..

I do follow them and also tried to contact them. In fact I reasoned few points with my employer based on the information from LLA and the respective labour laws of the base location. Didn’t get much help.

Already sent a notice through Labour commissioner’s office. Didn’t get any response back. Hoping that the labour commissioner might escalate the issue. Even the labour commissioner is behaving little cranky at times, don’t know how to deal with such people if they don’t act on time.
