Filed a criminal case against and he is not accepting any summons

I had filed a criminal case against a person for cheque fraud on 24-11-2025 and from then he is not accepting any summons sent to all his known addresses and the hearing date is getting postponed everytime and my lawyer is not providing any solution.
What can I do in this scenario can I send the summons digital or any other way where he has to appear for the court.
