Filing a consumer complaint against giva jewellery

So i purchased some silver jewellery from giva and i returned it as the quality was not upto the mark . They refunded the money in my giva cash wallet as i paid through the gift card

I dont any jewellery from them so i tried to purchase coins now they have clearly mention that we cant use giva cash wallet to purchase silver / gold coin so i tried to purchase bars from it now they are denying that too but they havent mentioned anything about bar that we cant use wallet to purchase bar . I emailed them regarding this and they said we apologized for lack of transperency but no real solution for provided. So should i proceed with my consumer complaint?
