March 6, 2025 at 1:51 amCan I file PIL against a public servant for using their executive power to usurp family assets? I have revenue receipt with their name on it. They also filed forged asset declaration to the govt and gave wrong information about their assests -

March 6, 2025 at 7:54 amReport the incident to the Lokayukt office. Filing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in such a case is not possible. However, if you intend to challenge any illegal actions committed by a public servant, you may file a Writ Petition in the High Court.
