I’m 19. Second year college going Guy had an accident recently while going to College where a three wheeler Auto kinda of vechile came in between the road and i dashed it which caused multiple femur bone fracture where doctor’s have inserted a metal rod inside my leg right (femur) bone which had multiple.. after 3 months of bed rest..My father have given police complaint when I was bed ridden during surgery.. then when I went to the Bangalore traffic police station to take my vechile which was seized the constable have said that auto guy gave case on me that I have been rash driving and filled FIR against me.. I was preparing for civil services exam while it affect My future in government or any other private field if I go for job?..

Can you all please suggest me how can I proceed with this My family doesn’t have any knowledge about police or any other law issue as they were financially stuck with My operation expense and struggling with money lenders asking money..

You have to hire a lawyer and drag that auto driver , when he gets into trouble he himself take the fir back
