February 3, 2025 at 12:34 pmThis is a standalone new construction. The development agreement cum general power of attorney document mentions flat numbers starting from ground, first floor etc. Where as the ghmc ( Hyderabad municipal corporation ) building permit letter mentions permission for Stilt plus four upper floors. Builder says according to the dgpa, they’ll give 201 second floor in sale deed. But I was told that we should follow the permit letter and as there is no ground floor mentioned in that, it should be 301 third floor. Few other flats already registered according to the dgpa. What should we do? -

February 3, 2025 at 2:31 pmThere are way more dumb people in offices who just see the form and assume lot of things while feeding the system (with their limited understanding and ability). I’m just being very very pessimist about it (because of my experience so far).how do you think corruption happen… there will obviously be mismatch is what’s on ground and what’s on paper. it’s all clerical mistake (genuine or deliberate) that drives the life of ordinary person.
