i booked a helicopter withe them for mahakhumb on 14th feb 2025 and due to vip movement i was not given the slot has my time was fixed at 9.00 am and it was given to VIP

i arrived at praygraj airport and when i contacted their co Ordinator they said we will unable take to you treveni sangam has vip movements helicopter was not available i paid 100000 for the booking via gpay and they said me at the airport that u take the refund we are not able to full fill booking no since 15 days i am asking them for booking they are making me roam around distracting that we are busy and all so please anyone can help out how to take money f from them there head office his at Gurgaon and everyday i am calling them and mailing there are nit given proper answer so should i apply to consumer court can anyone help out what to do in this has i have all the evidences like video and audio

i sat at airport for 5 hours and they didnt give me the service they mentioned on their website i have booked online i have all the mails and chats so please me out what to do

tweet and tag civil aviation minister, dgca etc.. file a consumer complaint with proofs..

Yes. You can then have the lawyer file a suit if they don’t refund with whatever penalty you ask.

First, Learn punctuations and paragraphs. People here are sharing their expertise and experience willingly to help. They deserve that information is presented in a coherent way.

File a case in consumer court. You are literally asking for a refund for services not rendered. Do ask for compensation as well.
