FnF amount not being credited

My company isn’t paying my FNF on time.
It’s been more than 3 months now and whenever I’m emailing them or contacting them through any means , about it – they’re like ” it’s under process, contact us on x day.
It’s so frustrating for me.
Tell me what do I do now .
Based in NCR/ Noida.

Hire a lawyer, file police complaint, file complaint on pmo givances portal https://pgportal.gov.in/
