Hi Guys,

My last working day was 1 May’26, and I recently read about the Code of Wages act which states to clear the dues of the employer within 2 working days of lwd.

I had initially asked my HR who claimed it would take 30-45 days to clear the fnf amount which basically has my 1 month salary and paid leave balance.

Need advice does this law apply to the fnf and should I drop a mail to the hr stating about this act?

Kindly assist.
