For gift deed of a property in gurgaon how much do we have to pay?

My brother owns a property in Gurgaon sector-36 and wants to gift me, his sister, 50% of the property.
1. How much do we have to pay?
2. Incase of dispute in future can my brother deny me ownership? And sell the house himself?
3. Will my name get updated on the property documents?
4. Will any income(renting it) or deductions(house tax) paid against the property be officially shared between both of us? Will I be able to show it in my ITR?
