For passport application answer to “Have you ever applied for passport, but not issued?” What do II fill here since when I initially applied I had to cancel the appointment but I did make the payment

Okay so from my research I figured that the answer should be “no” but I’m still making sure just in case😭

since that line basically means “Have you ever applied but it got rejected” I believe, and I never really did get rejected since I had cancelled the appointment, like mentioned
And the fact that there is no ‘File Number’ in track my application section

but then again making sure 😭 thanks a bunch!

Since you canceled the appointment before submission, it is considered that you did not formally apply.
