Formalities after settlement of Criminal Case

There was a minor criminal case going on since past 5 years. It was settled last week and I got acquited from the case with “Not Guilty” judgement.

What formalities do I need to do to clear my name from police records and get back my phone (was taken into custody by police)?

Will I be able to apply for a passport right away or do I need to do some formalities for that too?
