April 28, 2025 at 4:14 amI am a student, and I lived with 6 people in a flat and one of our flatmate was not at all compatible with us at all and we realised that late , we suffered for an year then decided to talk to the broker and get him kicked out at the end of the contract, the broker sent a two months notice and then kicked him out on the day, our plan was to tell him that the broker offered us the flat again and we took it without him, he saw us in the flat and yesterday he came and tried to break down our door and is threatening to harrass us if the broker doesn’t return his security and brokerage he also has the keys , the problem is we have two more years left in our degree and I fear it will cause is problem in the long run , what should I do? -

April 28, 2025 at 4:54 amExactly! You should have returned his security deposit. Just pay up and ask him to leave the premises. If he troubles you later file a police case. (Make sure you have proofs of payment ) -
