Hey everyone, wanted to share a serious safety concern with a new brand called SuperYou (co-founded by Ranveer Singh).
On April 13th, I bit into a stone inside their Nutty Chocolate wafer bought from Instamart in Whitefield. It caused sharp dental pain and was a massive “near-miss” for a fractured tooth.
The response from their team has been appalling:
– They ignored me for 10 days after I sent the invoice.
– They offered a 10% discount coupon for a safety hazard.
– They claimed they aren’t liable because it was a “brand partner” (Swiggy) order.
– Today, they asked me to courier the stone back to them in exchange for a single replacement bar.
Iโve refused to hand over the evidence. I have officially filed:
โ
FSSAI Ticket: 49524536
โ
National Consumer Helpline Docket: 9210000
Has anyone else faced issues with this brand? Be careful if you have these in your pantry.
