Amazon is totally ghosting me. Iβve emailed the Grievance Officer, ECR, and Jeff/Amit emails. Iβve spoken to agents named Suyog, Sukunya, Jerrin, Mahi, Zeba, and Jennilisa. Every single one of them gives me the same scripted runaround.
βToday, I got a “final” email from an agent named Aditya B saying “all necessary actions have been taken” and they won’t do anything else. They are basically telling me to get lost despite having video proof.
