I just have 1 question: do the judges, especially supreme court judges, have absolute immunity? Like can they not be prosecuted or charged? I see so many instances of them being absolutely arrogant, saying vile shit and stuff and I see basically no consequences

Under Article 124(4) of the Constitution, a Supreme Court judge can only be removed by the President after Parliament passes an impeachment motion with a special majority for:

                  “proved misbehaviour” or
                  incapacity.

They can be prosecuted but before a case is filed the chief justice have to gave saction just like how any other govt employees prosecution have to be signed by the secretary. But they can’t be prosecuted or sued for their judgements that’s where judicial immunity lies, if you believe they pass a wrong judgement you appeal.
