January 15, 2025 at 2:35 pmHe received a letter today where the company is asking him to pay around 70k for not serving the 2 month np. He was verbally conveyed that he would have to pay no more than 15k for the same when he went to return the laptop and other belongings. Any ramifications if he doesn’t pay the same or should he to avoid litigations? TIA! -

OP
January 15, 2025 at 2:50 pmhe’ll be joining a govt service this april which doesn’t need any bg verification, atleast for the next decade or more. the only thing which is a little bothersome is that the epf is linked to pan :/

January 15, 2025 at 2:56 pmthey canβt and wonβt do anything. legal costs will cost them way more than 70k, nobody goes through that hassle. itβs just a threat.
