Friend’s wife works for me and we have been having a closeted affair from past few months and few days ago she basically insinuated indirectly that she could put a SA case on me as she was drunk as a skunk during our previous few intimate moments and power dynamic comes into play too. She thinks i am suffocating her and forcing her to do something when its not the case. Employer employee affair will always have power dynamic involved… If she goes to court, it will be very difficult to prove.

You can gather all evidence of your chats or communications where she initiated the sexual desire if any… If there isn’t anything like that, you are screwed.. Even if you have screenshot of her threatening abuse, it would be hard to prove that you didn’t use your power as a employer to coerce your employee to do sexual favors.

Working with friends wife while you didn’t have the maturity to separate things and then to go into an affair is such a messy situation.

If she however decides to go the SA or SH route and she is able to produce some proof. You are screwed. But she is also at the risk of coming out to her husband. So that may be some saving grace.

Whatever proof you gather, she can fuck you legally and morally in front of other people (she also has a lot of leverage considering she knows a lot of ppl you know)

I would say be very smart and careful about it and you have to deal with it situationally.
