Hey it’s my third day doing p2p trade making 300 rupee daily profit but on third day receive a message with cyber complaint no or acknowledgement number what should I do I was doing trading on binance

Aren’t you still unaware of the fact that this P2P trading leads to this? The money you received from the buyer is involved in fraud, which is why your account has also been put on hold in a chain freeze. Now, the only way out is to settle it by visiting the concerned police station where the complaint was filed or by filing an application in the court within the jurisdiction of that police station.

The thing is that my account is not frozen i transfer the amount to my friend my friend account is frozen now what should I do

Pls know that if your bank account is frozen by Bank, upon directions from Police, it is illegal and you can seek compensation from the Consumer Court, apart from action against the bank

Police need Court orders to seize bank accounts
