For last 3 years i am not getting proper coverage from airtel/jio. I have them admitting this on email. Now i want them to pay for my wifi bill because of their incompetence to provide service that i pay for.
Either refund of recharge value or bear the payment for wifi due to their lack of service. Can anyone help me with legal route for this? I have complained repeatedly at nach, DOT, CPGRAMS.
No resolution apart from saying if will be resolved soon.
