Getting threatened for False harassment case

Am just over 18 years by 2 months and I have gotten stuck in a bad situation ig

There was a civil dispute between my mom and our neighbor where she pounced on my mom I rushed to break them up in which I got scratched up by my neighbor

I dont know if she was injured or not but she went and did a GD along with some medical ig, I was waiting for my father to come and handle the situation but by the time he arrived Cops camed to do settlement.

For our defence we did a GD too but cause she filed first the PI from headquarters called us and took our statements

Today we went to offer settlement as we dont have time or energy to fight this lady (there is a genral bias in police force for the locals here, we r from UP and have been living in sikkim for job purpose)

Now she is threatening that she will file a case for harassment against me and a defamation case against my father

Very lost and distraught rn having bad thoughts need some legal advice pls 🙏
