May 2, 2025 at 11:17 amContext , friend father has given money to his friend and huge pending cash portion unsettled. After father death son lasked uncle to return money . Uncle is not willing so son talked to him privately saying if he didnt return this money , ge would kill his family when he reches 75 and 80 yr and ge is sworn to god to do this. Will this verbal threat , can uncle file police fir for this ? Earlier non threatning demand letter and whatsapp messages were present between them .
As cash unsettled portion is black money and legal route is not possible. Only way is threat to other person as friend. Also as per friend uncle is very pussy has family . Intention vis not to do harm but give life threat so that uncle will budge.
Can police file FIR on uncle complaint ?
