Unless if he threatened you or your family in any way, he didn’t do anything illegal. Just block the number and move on with your life. The worst he did was hurt your feelings, so don’t let it get to you. The world isn’t some big liberal arts college campus. And even if he threatened you, it’s probably an empty threat.

Had a similar incident where a guy in my college sent a bunch of angry voice notes insulting me, my family, my religion, etc. He threatened to beat me up and stuff. All because I called him a virgin. Basically, a “boo hoo wah wah wah”. I just made fun of him even more and told him to unfollow me, which he did, and that was the end of it.

If he’s holding a grudge against you because of something minor that happened years ago, then he’s fucked in the head. If you’re gonna take him seriously, then you really need to grow a pair.
