Got scam by this brand from instagram

I’m posting this here because I’m at a complete loss with [https://sitaramoonshine.myshopify.com/](https://sitaramoonshine.myshopify.com/)

I placed an order and received instead. I immediately tried to contact their support team via email to get this sorted out, but it’s been **1week or something** and I haven’t heard a single word back.

I checked their website for a phone number or a live chat option, but there is absolutely nothing listed. It feels like they’ve completely disappeared after taking my money.

1. Since they aren’t responding to emails, what’s the best way to get their attention?
2. Should I go straight to a chargeback at this point?
3. or should i go legally

Any advice on how to handle this would be appreciated. I just want what I paid for or my money back.
