USo I just bought a dress from an Instagram seller. She seemed genuine, told me that if there would be any issue I can call her and return and exchange both are available . She made me believe her.
And when I got my dress it looked like it’s the same but it was obvious it was different. Whole handwork was different. And I asked for return saying handwork is different she said ok. Told me to wait for 7 days.
On 5th and 6th day I just wanted to enquire about where the pickup guy is arrived she ignored my messages.
On 7th day I called her she ignored the call and when I spam called her then she replied that by just ‘your return pickup will be arrange’ nothing more than that. It was obvious she was just brishing me off.
At first I tried to ask for return and at last I warn her if she doesn’t arrange the pickup I have to report your account as in fraudulent activities, she just left the text on seen and when she didn’t replied anything I last time asked have you arranged it or you accept that you’re a fraud again she left me on seen again.
I reported her account but what should I do now? I want my money back. That dress is not what I wanted how can I keep it.
I did cod so only way I can get my money back is through her but she is leaving me on seen. What should I do??
