UGuys, I had been scammed by NoBroker. I had to find a house very urgently in Chennai. So I tried no broker app. Soon a lot of calls came saying there are plans in 3k with relationship manager and was pushing me.
I took the freedom plan and paid the money. After that when clicking on owner details , nothing shows up. When I called customer care, they are saying plan is active , you will receive owner details in half an hour.
From today morning 9 am till now 7 pm, I’ve called their customer care 100 times , there is no proper response. Every time they are saying half an hour , since 9am till now same response.
From 2 pm, now some automated bit starts talking and cuts the call. My 1400 rs wasted. They won’t respond to any issues. Please please don’t buy any subscription from these guys.
Everything is fake. Only before subscription these guys will call, then they will take your money and will not give any service. Every review is fake. Complete fraud company.
Please help me how to get refund from them . Please
