UIt happened in Mumbai, Used to stay in PG and I met a guy who was from Udaipur, had no hygiene issues wit him I work nights he kept things like a room (no dirty socks/shoes or leftover eatable for infestation)
Later he left PG was staying in his friends place. And he found a 2bhk home he asked me to accompany along with him and his 2 of friends who were studying in DY Patil College. Now I agreed to it never visited to house personally, gave him the deposit money and the rent amount of one month including agent charges now all of them left without informing the owner, neither owner got the deposit when I asked he sent the screenshot of him sending the money to the owner but the twist he actually had sent it in his name to the owner.
Total Damage – 60k
The owner is not supporting as my name is not on the contract although she did knew i would be coming she said.
What can I do to get the money from that guy who is no hiding in Udaipur, I have his adhaar card details his cousins number who run a interior designers shop in Udaipur
