Hi everyone, I graduated in 2021 from a college affiliated to University of Mumbai and borrowed a book from my college library in 2020. Due to the lockdown, I couldn’t return it and later forgot about it. After graduating, I didn’t collect my degree certificate right away because I was busy. Recently, I went to collect it and was informed that I need to pay a fine of ₹10,000. Unfortunately, I cannot afford this amount. Is there any legal action I can take?
