Initially i got into a motor accident case, where in the acts they imposed on me made me it a simple accident case to a criminal case. And the case is been disposed long back before lok adalat court. It was done back then in 2019.
Fast forward to today’s date, i have switched to a corporate company in Bangalore. They found this case to be a threat to there company. I haven’t got any objections in my previous company and also in passport background verification. But now they are asking for explanation mail and any proof of disposal of the case.
Can anyone please help me what do to here? What is the best proof for them to present that i am clean.

Write an explanation mail that it was an accident, and do you have any documentation that the case was disposed of? If so mail it to them along with your explanation

As of now no. And also i too dont know what to present them regarding that. They are asking for any proof. Do you have any idea, what kind of evidence is suitable for it.

How do you know the case is disposed of at lok Adalat?

There should be some judgement right
