May 6, 2025 at 3:54 amWe have a problem. To reach my father’s land, there is a 33-foot-wide government road, but half of it has been encroached upon by villagers. This road also leads to the government-owned Hindu cremation ground.I have a few questions:
1. How can we request a government land survey for the road, which is already shown in the official land records (government naksha), in order to clear the encroachment and build a proper road?
2. Is there any option to request the relocation of the cremation ground? Sometimes after cremation, the ashes mix with rainwater and flow onto our land, as the cremation ground is at a higher elevation.
