Harassing calls from Design cafe

How can we complain on unwanted calls. Though i block them, they are calling from another number. I blocked 7-8 numbers but still disturbing. How can we raise a complaint on such companies.

Install DND and start reporting. They will take action.

I did this with one of those loan apps. Idk how they got my contact, they kept on harassing from different numbers. I reported on the DND app and a couple of days later, it stopped!
